By employing a mix of full-time and part-time assessors we can cover surges in demand as well as the inevitable sickness and holiday absences that make a single independent DEA inherently unreliable. 

Our Independent Energy Assessor’s are fully trained and qualified to industry standards. All our Energy Assessors hold Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance along with criminal record clearance so you can be assured of professionalism, quality assurance and peace of mind.

The energy reports produced will be of high quality and delivered within tight timescales at a competitive price. Meeting your needs is our most important objective.

The home information packs provided comply with HIP code and are fully insured and indemnified.

As a growing business, we can adjust the offerings to meet your targets ensuring your requirements are fully met. The areas we cover extend across the East Midlands. However, the area covered can be extended further for multiple bookings in one locality on the same day
